BAD KIDS
Concept of this project is based upon the relation between the message, place and object. Depicted motifs are the copies of messages that you can find on the toilets of The Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design in Prague (UMPRUM), which were subsequently pulled out of the context (place) and placed on an object (sweater). The sweater was then presented at the Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week 2020 and Czech Design Week 2020. The message(s), intended primarily for the eyes of students, thus finds itself on the catwalk of a fashion show and is exposed on the design exhibition – that is in front of everyone’s eyes.
This project was a result of the collaboration between the Studio of graphic design and visual communication (GDVK) under the supervision from doc. MgA. Petr Krejzek and the Studio of fashion and footwear design under the supervision from prof. Liběna Rochová on The Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design in Prague (UMPRUM).
